Role Summary
We're on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist skilled in lead generation and nurturing. This role is crucial for driving growth by engaging our target audience through strategic digital marketing campaigns. You'll be instrumental in executing these campaigns, managing automation, and analysing performance to ensure our marketing efforts effectively convert leads into lasting client relationships. You’ll work closely with, and report to, the Commercial Director and collaborate with our Content Creator and sales team. We really value people who enjoy sharing their opinions and problem solving as a team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, email marketing, and social media, to attract and engage leads.
Marketing Automation and Workflow Optimisation: Set up and manage marketing automation systems to streamline lead nurturing processes, ensuring leads receive timely, personalised content that moves them through the sales funnel.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and product features, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and user acquisition.
Data Analysis and Strategy Refinement: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics to refine and optimise strategies, aiming to improve lead quality and conversion rates continuously.
Innovation and Market Adaptation: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas and tools to the table to keep our marketing efforts at the forefront of the industry.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing activities resonate with our brand’s mission and values, contributing to a coherent and impactful brand experience for our audience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and nurturing.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM software, capable of crafting segmented and personalised marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to inform marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
Exceptional project management skills, able to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about testing new approaches and leveraging the latest marketing innovations.
